What you will do

  • Coordinate and implement end-to-end processes related to recruitment and talent management, compensation & benefits, engagement, internal communication and culture
  • Initiate proactive campaigns and methods to utilize recruitment gaps
  • Implement new HR concepts and processes with focus on the employee experience and engagement
  • Maintain end-to-end process of HR administrations
  • Provide advice to the management team on all recruitment and company-related questions and matters
  • Keeping and nurturing company culture through constant communication with colleagues
  • Maintaining a pleasant work environment and taking care of improving it
  • Supporting and improving all business processes
  • Organizing and leading company events
  • Taking care of public relations and social media presence
  • Participating in marketing initiatives
  • Taking care of the office supplies

What you should have

  • University degree – preferably in the area of Business, Marketing or Economics
  • 2+ years professional experience in a similar position
  • Industry expertise – knowledge of the IT market status quo and trends is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Articulate with a high standard of verbal and written clarity in English and Bulgarian
  • Works as a team member and acts with respect and integrity
  • Very good planning and management skills of own time, priorities, and resources
  • Ability to drive ideas forward
  • Ability to multitask and to work under pressure
  • Very good Project Management and Presentation skills is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
